How long does set-up take?
With a ready-made avatar, usually about a week. Smartfiz sets it up for you. A custom avatar takes longer.
What if it does not know the answer?
It answers only from your own website and documents. When the answer is not there, it says so and offers a short form so a person can follow up.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. You paste one line of code into your site. The guide on this site shows the steps for WordPress.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The assistant works in the phone browser with the same voice and answers.
